We concentrate on two main areas of curriculum - poomsae (form) and kyorugi (sparring). We also practice board breaking at exams and special events. To earn their ranks, students must show proficiency in their rank-specific form, kicks, basic combinations, and board breaking. Our students must also demonstrate model citizenship and positive attitude both inside and outside of their home in order to progress through the ranks. We understand that every student is unique and possess differing abilities. We tailor their Tae Kwon Do experience accordingly and treat each student as an individual member of our Tae Kwon Do family. Our students begin with no belt and progress through the ranks as follows.
